Empace provided structural engineering support to this small domestic project, a modern upgrade to a period property located in Thackley, Bradford. The existing rear extension was demolished to make way for a contemporary upgrade. Load bearing walls were removed to create open plan space to the rear of the property. The result was an attractive uplift to the value of the property.
