Empace are working with Yeme Architects through the planning stage to look at the structural aspects, particularly given the challenging sloped site. We have been liaising with the Canal And River Trust to mitigate any impact of the proposed structure on the canal. Part of the process involved the commissioning of Geotechnical investigations and slope stability analysis to arrive at a safe and workable structural arrangement.
