‘The Grand’ is set to become a prominent function centre in Bradford with it’s 800 capacity hall at Dick Lane. Designed with period features, it consists a modern steel framed structure supported on piled foundations. 

Empace were commissioned at the start of construction to coordinate the structural and drainage design and assist with building control liaison.
