This Annex project is part of the overall development at the Kingfisher House site on Filey Street, Bradford, one of the biggest developments in Bradford City Centre.  

The intention is to enhance the overall development with the Annex addition in providing room to facilitate commercial scale food manufacturing, storage and offices.

Empace have been commissioned to coordinate the civil and structural engineering on the project.
