Designed by Yeme Architects, this project seeks to serve as a catalyst for the regeneration of the Rolfe Street area of Smethwick by creating an appropriately designed mixed use development.
The proposal consists of a commercial unit at ground floor level, potentially to be utilised as a co-working cafe facility, and a mixture of high quality apartments located over four floors and with generous private and communal amenity space.
Empace have worked closely with Yeme Architects to provide Structural Engineering and Drainage Design services.
